The Replenishment Work Mode

This powerful tool is designed to help you manage your inventory efficiently, ensuring that you maintain optimal stock levels across various marketplaces.

SKU Info Section:
Here, you’ll find essential details such as SKU, ASIN, applied tags, and the product title. This information is vital for accurately identifying and managing each item in your inventory.

Remote Fulfillment Marketplace Section:
In this section, select the marketplace where your inventory is stored. For instance, if you’re fulfilling Amazon Canada sales from US inventory, choose ‘US’ for accurate stock management. This ensures your replenishment calculations reflect the actual storage locations, preventing stockouts in different regions. You can apply settings per SKU or to all SKUs within the marketplace.

Projected Sales for FBA:
This section provides insights into anticipated demand. Understanding future sales trends is crucial for making informed replenishment decisions, helping you maintain optimal stock levels and avoid lost sales opportunities.

Additional Stock Consideration:
Specify any stock from manufacturers that has not yet arrived at Amazon Inbound. This consideration is important for calculating accurate replenishment quantities, ensuring you account for incoming stock and avoid misjudging your inventory needs.

Batch Updating Additional Stock:
To streamline updates, follow these steps:

  1. Download Our Example File: This file contains all your SKUs.
  2. Edit the File: Make changes without altering SKUs or ASINs. Leave any SKU you don’t wish to update blank, and save it as a .csv file.
  3. Upload and Review: After uploading, we’ll parse the file and update your additional stock quantities.

This streamlined process simplifies inventory updates, saving you time and reducing errors.

Understanding Lead Times:

  • FBA Lead Time (days): This indicates the time needed for products to leave your warehouse and be fully accepted into Amazon FBA. Accurate lead times are crucial for planning replenishment, especially if shipping directly from the manufacturer to FBA.
  • Minimum Stock (days): This defines the least amount of stock you should maintain. Falling below this level puts you at risk of being understocked or out of stock.
  • Desired Stock (days): This indicates the optimal level to maintain when replenishing. Staying between these two metrics helps you avoid understocking (which can lead to lost sales) and overstocking (which ties up capital).

Creating a New Shipment:
In the Replenishment Workmode, creating a new shipment is easy. Simply select ‘Create A New Shipment’, which automatically sets your destination and prompts you to choose your prep preference (e.g., Seller Label or Amazon Label).

Select your shipping address and add products by clicking the plus sign next to each SKU. Once you’ve compiled your shipment, download and double-check all information before clicking ‘Save Shipment’. This streamlined process makes inventory management more efficient.

The Replenishment work mode empowers you to optimize inventory management across marketplaces, ensuring you stay stocked and ready to meet customer demand. Start using these features today for smoother operations and improved sales!
