The Tags feature in One Page Inventory provides a dynamic way to categorize and organize your products. Follow these steps to access the Tags drawer:
Option 1: Product Filters
- Navigate to the product filters section.
- Click on “Manage Tags” under Product Filters
Option 2: Customize Columns
- Navigate to the Customize Columns section.
- Click on “Manage Tags” under customized column
Exploring Existing Tags:
Once you’ve accessed the Tags drawer, you’ll find an overview of the tags already applied in your account. This is particularly useful for gaining insights into your current product organization.
Adding a New Tag:
To create a new tag, follow these simple steps:
- Click on “Create New Tag.”
- Name your tag (e.g., “LED”).
- Choose a color for easy identification.
- Save your new tag.
This action creates the tag, but it doesn’t apply it to any products just yet.
Applying Tags to Products:
Now, let’s apply the newly created tag to your products:

- Navigate to “Apply Tags.
- Filter your product list by relevant SKUs (e.g., those containing “LED”).
- Select the products you want to tag.
- Choose the tag (e.g., “LED”) from the available tags.
- Apply the selected tag.
Managing Tags:
In the Tags drawer, you have the flexibility to manage your tags efficiently:
- Remove tags from products if needed.
- Search for specific tag names.
- Edit tags as necessary.
Utilizing Tag Filters:
