The Forecasting Report in One Page Inventory provides detailed data to help you optimize your sales strategy and inventory management. By analyzing projected sales trends, this report enables you to anticipate demand and maintain optimal stock levels—ensuring that you’re neither overstocked nor understocked. With accurate forecasting, you can make smarter, data-driven decisions that promote growth and efficiency.
Generating your Forecast Report #
STEP 1: APPLY PRODUCT FILTERS #
- Locate Filters: At the top of the Financial Report page, you’ll find various product filters.
- Customize Filters: Adjust these filters according to your needs to tailor the report to specific products or time periods.

STEP 2: ACCESS, CUSTOMIZE AND GENERATE #
Access the Report Builder Tool #
- Navigate to the Tool: On the far right of the page, find the report builder tool, once here select Forecasting on the left.

Customize Time Frame #
- Review Filters: You’ll see your selected filters here and can clear them if necessary.
- In the Report Builder, you’ll have an option to choose Individual Months: Yes or No.
- If you select Yes, the report will break down projections month by month.
- If you select No, you’ll receive aggregated projections over longer periods like 3, 6, or 12 months.

Export Your Report #
- After setting your preferences, generate the Forecasting Report.
- The report will be exported in a .csv format, allowing you to easily view, analyze, and manipulate the data in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets.
- You can also choose to send this report via email.

KEY FORECASTING REPORT FEATURES #
Product, ASIN and TitLE #
- The first column includes the SKU or unique identifier for each product. This is designed to help you track specific items and base projections on historical sales data.
- The ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) and product title allow you to manage inventory across different Amazon marketplaces.
- This makes it easy to cross-reference products and quickly identify them without needing external catalogs.

3, 6, and 12-Month Projections #
- These columns provide aggregated sales forecasts across all channels for the upcoming 3, 6, and 12 months.
- You can view the projections either as totals or broken down by marketplace. This helps in understanding both high-level trends and marketplace-specific sales forecasts.
