The Inventory Status Report in One Page Inventory provides a comprehensive breakdown of your inventory levels across multiple Amazon marketplaces, offering a holistic view to help you manage stock effectively. Maintaining the right inventory levels is crucial for preventing overstocking, stockouts, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This report enables you to monitor available inventory, track inbound stock, and analyze key metrics such as sales velocity and customer orders.

Generating Your Inventory Status Report #

STEP 1: APPLY PRODUCT FILTERS #

• Locate Filters: At the top of the Financial Report page, you’ll find various product filters.
• Customize Filters: Adjust these filters according to your needs to tailor the report to specific products or time periods.

STEP 2: ACCESS, CUSTOMIZE AND GENERATE #

Access the Report Builder Tool #

• Navigate to the Tool: On the far right of the page, find the report builder tool, once here select Inventory Status on the left.

Select Your Marketplace #

Select Your Report Type #

You can export the Inventory Status Report in CSV for deep analysis or PDF for a more concise and easy-to-read version of the report.

Once your filters and report details are set, generate the report.

1. Available Inventory
   • This metric shows the amount of stock currently available for sale.

2. Inbound Inventory
   • Displays the amount of stock currently inbound to fulfillment centers.

3. Fulfillment Center Transfer and Processing
   • FC Transfer shows inventory being transferred between fulfillment centers, while FC Processing shows stock being processed at a center.

4. Customer Orders
   • This column shows the number of units that have been ordered by customers but not yet fulfilled.
   • Tracking this data ensures you’re on top of demand and helps ensure timely order fulfillment.
5. FBA Sales Velocity
   • FBA sales velocity provides insights into how quickly your products are selling.
   • This helps with planning, forecasting, and adjusting stock levels according to demand.
6. 30-Day FBA and FBM Sales
   • These columns show a snapshot of sales performance for the last 30 days for both FBA and FBM orders.

7. Replenishment Suggestions
   • Based on the current inventory status, the report includes replenishment recommendations.
