This powerful tool allows you to compile a full dataset—covering all items, metrics, and time periods—into a single, easily exportable .csv file.
The Data Dump report is highly customizable. You can apply specific filters to focus on the exact data you need, ensuring that the report is tailored to your unique requirements. With just a few clicks, your report is ready for seamless export, giving you the flexibility to analyze your data in your preferred format.

Generating Your Data Dump Report #

STEP 1: APPLY PRODUCT FILTERS # #

  • Locate Filters: At the top of the Financial Report page, you’ll find various product filters.
  • Customize Filters: Adjust these filters according to your needs to tailor the report to specific products or time periods.

STEP 2: ACCESS, CUSTOMIZE AND GENERATE  #

Access the Report Builder Tool #

  • Navigate to the Tool: On the far right of the page, find the report builder tool, once here select Data Dump on the left.

Export or Email the Report:

  • You can export the report as a CSV file, which allows for detailed analysis in spreadsheet software.
  • Alternatively, choose to email the report directly for easy sharing with your team or stakeholders.

  • Analyze the aggregated quantity to order from all manufacturers.

  • Examine the breakdown of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound transfers and stock on order.
