The Sales Summary Report in One Page Inventory provides a detailed overview of your sales performance, helping you identify trends, top-selling products, and optimize your sales strategies. With this report, you can easily analyze sales data across multiple channels and regions, allowing you to make informed, data-driven decisions to fuel business growth.

Generating Your Sales Summary Report #

STEP 1: APPLY PRODUCT FILTERS #

  • Locate Filters: At the top of the Financial Report page, you’ll find various product filters.
  • Customize Filters: Adjust these filters according to your needs to tailor the report to specific products or time periods.

STEP 2: ACCESS, CUSTOMIZE AND GENERATE # #

Access the Report Builder Tool #

  • Navigate to the Tool: On the far right of the page, find the report builder tool, once here select Inventory Status on the left.

Customize the Report

  • Within the report builder, you can customize the Sales Summary Report by selecting your desired sales channel and adjusting the date range (predefined periods or custom).
  • Use the Aggregation Type option to group the sales data by Day, Month, or Total, depending on how you want to view the data.

Generate and Export the Report

  • Once your report settings are finalized, choose to either Download or Email the report.
  • The report will be exported in a CSV format, which allows for further analysis in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets.

Type

  • The Type column categorizes the sale as either FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), or another type.
  • Analyzing this helps you understand the effectiveness of different fulfillment channels and identify trends in customer preferences.

Currency

  • Displays the currency in which each sale was made, providing financial context aligned with the sales data in the Country column.

Quantity

  • This column shows the number of units sold, giving you an understanding of sales volume over the selected period and helping you track product demand.

Price Each

  • Shows the selling price per unit, providing insights into your pricing strategy and how it affects sales across different marketplaces.

Total Revenue
