The Quantity to Order work mode in One Page Inventory makes it easy to manage manufacturer ordering, providing a clear, single-page overview of essential inventory data so you can keep the right products in stock at the right time.
With transparent formula configuration, you can see each component that goes into your ordering calculations, offering full control over the details. This work mode also aggregates data across all marketplaces, sales channels, and warehouses, giving you a holistic view of inventory needs and the flexibility to adjust formulas to suit your specific requirements.
OPI also allows customization to ensure accuracy—select which warehouse stocks count toward your “In Stock” quantities, and choose the sales channels that contribute to your “Product Stock Requirement.” To adjust these settings, toggle “Configure Formula” at the top of the page.
Once configured, you can view detailed quantity-to-order formulas by clicking on any cell in the “Quantity to Order” column. These insights incorporate on-order quantities and other critical elements, helping you avoid timing gaps, overstocking, or understocking—allowing you to place accurate, well-timed Purchase Orders.
