Create Warehouse & Update Inventory

One Page Inventory allows you to efficiently Manage Warehouse stock levels. Users can update the absolute quantity in stock or perform incremental adjustments. Additionally, the feature allows for the reduction of on-order quantities when goods are received in the warehouse. The system enables proactive decision-making for purchasing from manufacturers based on actual warehouse stock levels.

  • Click Settingsgear icon
  • Click “Warehouses”.
  • Click “+ Create Warehouse
  • Self Managed” Warehouse click “Add” button, next to “Self-Managed”
  • FBM Warehouse” click “Add” button, next to “FBM Warehouse”
  • Enter “Warehouse name”
  • Enter “Warehouse Address”
  • Click “Save”.

Update In-stock inventory

  • Click “Configuration
  • Click “Warehouses”.
  • Click “Pencil Icon” under “In Stock” column next to product you would like to adjust.

Adjust Warehouse quantity

  • Located under “Plus or Minus
  • Add the new inventory
  • Subtract Inventory with a () Minus
  • Select if you would like to also receive this inventory from the manufacturer.

Update “Total In-stock” Amount

  • Click “Absolute value Change” bucket
  • Enter new “total of inventory” for the SKU
  • Click “Submit”

Bulk upload a .csv with your inventory totals by SKU

  • Under Warehouses in “Configuration”
  • Click on “Batch Update
  • Click to “Download Template
  • Upload .csv file

Note: One Page Inventory expects warehouse levels to be updated frequently as products are shipped and received.
