North American Remote Fulfillment (NARF) is a powerful Amazon feature that allows sellers to store inventory in U.S.-based fulfillment centers while serving customers in Canada,Mexico and Brazil.
This means you can sell to these countries without storing your inventory there, reducing shipping costs and delivery times, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
By enrolling in NARF and listing your products on Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx and amazon.com.br uses your U.S. inventory to fulfill orders across borders. This strategy expands sales opportunities across North America.
To make sure your Remote Fulfillment strategy is accurately reflected within One Page Inventory (OPI), follow these steps:
- Access the Replenishment Work Mode: Navigate to the Replenishment Work Mode within One Page Inventory to start setting up NARF for your products. Locate the “Remote Fulfillment” cell corresponding to the SKU you want to update.

- Select Your Remote Fulfillment Network: Choose the desired Remote Fulfillment network from the available options. This may include networks such as Amazon.ca (Canada) and Amazon.com.mx (Mexico) depending on your strategy and where you want to expand. Brazil integration is coming soon to OPI!

- Update Settings for All Products or Specific SKUs: You can choose to update the settings for all products in your catalog or set specific options per SKU, based on your inventory and fulfillment strategy.

By following these steps, you’ll be able to seamlessly integrate your NARF strategy with One Page Inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization of your cross-border sales.
Participating in EFN?
If you also participate in the European Fulfillment Network (EFN), the setup process in One Page Inventory is similar to NARF. Navigate to the country where you stock your inventory and set up your EFN marketplaces using the same instructions. This ensures that your EFN inventory is accurately managed and optimized for fulfillment across Europe.
