Inventory Movement

Manage Amazon inbound shipments within One Page Inventory.  

Click on “Inventory Movement,” which will open a bottom pane with the Amazon inbound shipments.

A list of shipments organized by status, with the most recent shipments is listed first.

These statuses include: 
  • in transit
  • delivered
  • checked-in
  • receiving
  • in-transit

OPI displays information about the marketplace to which the shipment is being sent and provides details about the date the shipment was sent, the date it was received, and allows users to edit the expected arrival time.

To select the source warehouse for shipments click on “select warehouse” to view the items in the shipment and choose the relevant warehouse. 

The platform offers the functionality to archive a shipment, removing it from the active view. To Access, scroll to the far right under Amazon Inbound Shipments.

Users can filter the user interface to display only the products in a specific shipment by clicking “select warehouse” or “view contents”, which displays a pop-up displaying the items along with the corresponding quantities.

The platform allows users to view archived shipments, providing a comprehensive history of past activities. Users can also easily clear filters to revert to the default view of all products.
