Create a Shipment

One Page Inventory allows you to easily create a shipment within the interface.

Navigate to the Replenishment Tab and Click “Create New Shipment” to initiate the shipment creation process directly into Amazon Seller Central.

Select the product for shipment

  • Click the Blue Icon, to select the SKU for shipping, note the Ship Qty or Case quantities to be included.
  • Click on the “Ships From” Dropdown. Select the Address or to add a new one, click “Create new Address”

After creating a shipment in OPI the status will appear in Amazon Seller Central as a “Working” state. OPI utilizes Amazon’s API to facilitate this process, but note that the API will not complete the shipment; you must finalize it in Amazon Seller Central before Amazon recognizes the shipment as created.

Alternatively, you can download an Excel file with the shipment information that is properly formatted for manual import into Amazon Seller Central, click on “Download” for the .csv file

Additional Stock Considerations

Our tool includes an “Additional Stock” feature to account for inventory not yet recognized by Amazon – such as items shipped directly from a manufacturer to Amazon yet to be recognized as received. Under the “Additional Stock” column click the SKU row of the stock to be recognized.

NOTE: It’s crucial to adjust this value to zero once Amazon registers the items as “inbound” to prevent duplicate ordering.

It’s important to differentiate your overall inventory across all channels, including Amazon and other platforms like Shopify. Our system focuses on the stock within your Amazon FBA warehouse, ensuring that the replenishment calculations reflect your inventory’s current status on Amazon.

Following these guidelines will enable you to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stock-outs, and run your e-commerce operations more smoothly. If you have specific use cases or need help configuring the tool to your business model, our customer support team is here to assist you.
