This article covers how to configure product details, manage SKUs and incorporate your warehouse inventory in One Page Inventory. For Access, navigate to the “Configuration” tab on the right side of OPI.
Located under “Product Details” in Configuration, you can set the costs associated with your products on each marketplace.
- Order Cost – The base cost to purchase the product.
- Additional Landing Costs – Any other costs to land the product, like import duties.
- Marketplace Costs – Unique fees for each marketplace, like referral fees on Amazon.
You can configure these costs individually for each SKU, or batch update costs by downloading our template, filling it out, and uploading it back into OPI. Batch updating is faster for making changes to many SKUs at once.
SKU Management
The SKU Management page allows you to archive inactive SKUs so they are no longer factored into forecasts and orders. You can also move SKUs between categories for better organization. Click Here for further detail.
Warehouse Configuration
The warehouse configuration empowers users to manage stock levels efficiently. Users can update the absolute quantity in stock or perform incremental adjustments. Additionally, the feature allows for the reduction of on-order quantities when goods are received in the warehouse. The system enables proactive decision-making for purchasing from manufacturers based on actual warehouse stock levels.
- Enter the current stock level for each SKU
- Adjust levels with absolute numbers or relative increases/decreases
- Mark incoming orders as received to reduce on-order quantities
Note: One Page Inventory expects warehouse levels to be updated frequently as products are shipped out.
