Managing inventory transfers and tracking orders is a crucial aspect of efficient warehouse management.

Create a Warehouse(s), under Settings to establish inventory flow between your Manufacture and Warehouse(s), then navigate to the inventory movement section on Page One and click on “Transfers” to commence the creation of a new transfer within your system.

Navigate to the “From” drop down, choose your Manufacture, then select your “To” Warehouse. Under “Transfer Qty” select the number of products ordered and click Save

After creating the order, the inbound stock will be displayed under the “inbound” column of your self-managed warehouse. Then reset the in-stock quantity from the manufacturer’s warehouse to zero by hovering over the “In Stock” number and click “edit quantity”.

Click the Pencil Icon. Then “Adjust Warehouse Qty”, Select “Absolute value Change” and enter “0”. Click Submit. This action will update the “Quantity To Order” number to reflect the most recent requirements for product reordering.

Receiving the Transfer
Under “Inventory Movement”, you can proceed to receive the transfer by clicking on the respective order. Enter the quantity to receive or use the “Receive” to receive all items in the order.

After the order has been received, it will move from the “inbound” column to reflect under the “in stock” column of your warehouse.
Managing Amazon Inbound Shipments
For Amazon inbound shipments, you can then adjust your “In Stock” Warehouse numbers by navigating to “Amazon Inbound Shipments”, “Select Warehouse” and chose the Warehouse to deduct your In Stock amount.

Following these steps will ensure a smooth and organized process for managing inventory transfers and purchase orders within your warehouse management system. If you encounter any difficulties or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team for personalized guidance.
