The OPI dashboard shows inventory breakdowns of each Amazon Marketplace and carefully considers your inventory buckets. To view your inventory status hover over the “Total FBA Units” column.
Hovering over the “Total FBA Units” displays the breakdown of how the total is calculated
- Available: Current Inventory with Amazon FBA.
- Inbound: Shipments on their way to FBA Warehouse. Shows their status: Working Shipped and Receiving.
- FC Transfer: Shows transfers between Fulfillment Centers
- FC Processing: Indicates Amazon is processing the inventory at a Fulfillment Center
- Customer Order: Displays current orders that have yet to be shipped to customers
Details on the inbound order are found by hovering over the “Inbound” column, which shows the shipment ID and status (Working, Receiving, Closed, Canceled)
If you want more detailed inbound data, click on “View detailed inbound data” to open the inventory movement tab, where you can access additional shipment details such as the carrier and destination Fulfillment Center.
