The Issue Tracker tab is a particularly powerful tool designed to give sellers a straightforward overview of any potential hiccups affecting your products.
Found under the “Issue Tracker” tab, this utility scans for and presents four specific issues that might impact your inventory performance, so you can take swift action to resolve them.
Multi-Marketplace Alerts
One Page Inventory’s Issue Tracker provides a multi-marketplace perspective. A warning sign in the left column alerts you to the presence of an issue with any product across various marketplaces. It could be a case where a product has no issues in Canada, Mexico, or the US but encounters a problem in the UK. This overview allows sellers to quickly see which products have pending issues. By scrolling to the right, you can identify the particular marketplace affected, giving you a complete picture of where immediate action is needed.
Possible Stuck Inbound
An item is noted as Stuck Inbound when it has been in a shipment, received by Amazon, but hasn’t been fully processed or unloaded within an 18-day timeframe. This status allows sellers to query and address long wait times in Amazon’s receiving process. Hover over the exclamation mark in the Possible Stuck Inbound column for further details.
Possible Stranded Inventory
Stranded Inventory refers to items that, for some reason, are not actively being listed on Amazon despite being stocked. The definition may vary, but we pull this information directly from an Amazon report which you can access directly within One Page Inventory to review details. Hover over the exclamation mark in the Possible Stranded Inventory column for further details.

Possible Suppressed Listing
A Suppressed Listing is an indication that your product listing has been made inactive or unlisted by Amazon. With the Issue Tracker, you’ll quickly know if your product is no longer reachable by customers, with links provided to direct you to the specific product page on Amazon for further investigation. Hover over the exclamation mark in the Possible Suppressed Listing column for further details.

Recent Storage Type Change
Amazon may occasionally change the storage type classification of your products, such as from standard size to oversize. This section of the Issue Tracker will alert you to any Recent Storage Type Changes, ensuring you’re informed about the current status and any possible implications on logistics and costs. Hover over the exclamation mark in the Recent Storage Type Change column for further details.
The issue tracker is designed for simplicity and efficiency. By highlighting stuck inbound shipments, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and recent storage type changes, sellers can maintain health and visibility of their products on Amazon. Monitor these metrics regularly to ensure optimal performance across all Amazon marketplaces.
