The Report Builder tool allows you to generate a variety of reports in .csv, PDF, and email formats to track important inventory, sales, and general business data.
General Reports offer a “Data Dump” report of consolidated data for all items, metrics, and time periods tracked by OPI in a single .csv file. This comprehensive report is useful for analysis and data export.
Inventory Reports
- Inventory Status Report – Shows inventory levels broken down by Amazon marketplace, listing status, and stock status. Export or email this report to monitor stock levels.
- Replenishment Report – Lists replenishment requirements broken down by marketplace, listing status, stock status, and storage type. Send this report to those managing inventory replenishment.
- Inbound Shipments Report – Shows incoming shipment details like contents, quantities, and receipt status for each FNSKU and Amazon marketplace. Monitor incoming stock with this report.
Sales Reports
- Sales Summary – Provides sales totals that can be filtered by region (North America, Europe, etc.), marketplace, and custom date range. Analyze sales performance over days, months, or a full year.
- Forecasting – Exports projected monthly sales figures by SKU in a .csv file. Use this report for sales planning and forecasting future performance.
