The Inbound Shipment Report in One Page Inventory is an essential tool for keeping your inventory planning on track. Generating Your Inbound Shipment Report #
STEP 1: APPLY PRODUCT FILTERS #
- Locate Filters: At the top of the Financial Report page, you’ll find various product filters.
- Customize Filters: Adjust these filters according to your needs to tailor the report to specific products or time periods.

STEP 2: ACCESS, CUSTOMIZE AND GENERATE #
Access the Report Builder Tool #
Navigate to the Tool: On the far right of the page, find the report builder tool, once here select Inbound Shipment on the left.

Export the Report #
You can export the Inbound Shipment Report in CSV for deep analysis or PDF for a more concise and easy-to-read version of the report.
Once your filters and report details are set, generate the report.

Key Inbound Shipment Report Features #
Amazon ID
- The Amazon ID is a unique identifier that helps track SKUs within a specific marketplace.

Shipment Name
- This column displays the label you assign to each shipment, helping to keep incoming stock organized and easy to identify.
Market
- The Market column shows the marketplace designated for each shipment.
- This is particularly useful for managing shipments across different regions or countries.
Status
- The Status feature indicates the progress of each shipment:
- Options include ‘Working,’ ‘Shipped,’ ‘Receiving,’ and ‘Closed.’
- This keeps you updated on the current state of your shipments.
SKU and FNSKU
- The SKU and FNSKU columns provide detailed information about the products within each shipment.
- These help you track exactly what’s in transit.
Quantity Shipped and Quantity Received
- These columns display the number of units sent versus the number of units received.
- Comparing these figures helps you quickly spot discrepancies and confirm that all expected stock has arrived.
Sent Date and Received Date
- These dates indicate when the shipment was dispatched and when it was received.
- This is crucial for tracking transit times and managing your expectations for when stock will be available.
Expected Receipt Date
- This feature shows the estimated arrival date for shipments still in transit, helping you plan around expected delivery times.
