The Financial Work Mode breaks down every financial component of your inventory, enabling you to maximize profitability, minimize costs, and understand your business performance on a granular level.   • Organizational Overview: Start by viewing key identifiers such as SKU, ASIN, tags, and titles to easily organize and manage your products.

Totals Section:

  • Units: Displays the total number of units in stock. Click the number for a detailed breakdown by warehouse or sales channel.
  • Potential Gross Sales: Estimates revenue from selling all current units, calculated by multiplying the sales price by units in stock. You can also drill down by warehouse or sales channel.
  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS): Breaks down the cost per product, including the order price and any additional manufacturing costs. Expanding this section shows COGS by sales channel.
  • Operational Costs: Represents all costs related to selling and storing products, including sales and storage fees. Click to see how these costs multiply by the units in stock.
  • Total Potential Profit: Indicates your potential profitability calculated as (Sales Price – COGS per unit) multiplied by units in stock.

Manufacturing Costs:

  • Below the totals, find details on manufacturing costs, including order price and landed costs (shipping, duties, etc.). Adjust costs as needed through the Setup Costs option.

Breakdown by Warehouse:

  • Access a detailed breakdown of financial metrics by warehouse, including inbound orders and transfers. Click on respective cells for more detailed insights.

Financials by Sales Channel:

  • View financial details broken down by sales channel, such as Amazon USA. This includes a per unit breakdown of sales price, COGS, fees, storage costs, and potential profit. Expand to see a detailed fee breakdown and how potential profit is calculated based on inventory levels.

Replenishment Metrics:

  • The financial workmode also provides insights into suggested replenishment quantities and their financial implications. Key metrics include:
    • Sales Value: The potential revenue from suggested replenishments.
    • Manufacturing Cost to Replenish: Total cost of replenishing inventory.
    • Replenishment Quantity Potential Profit: Forecasts potential profit based on suggested replenishments, considering gross sales, COGS, and operational costs.
