Managing inventory across Amazon marketplaces has never been easier with One Page Inventory. Here’s a quick, step-by-step guide to get you set up.
First, go to Settings and select Amazon Marketplace Setup.

Authorize OPI to Access Your Amazon Account: #
- You’ll be redirected to your Amazon Seller Central page.
- Use Login with Amazon to authenticate and connect your account.

Setup One Page Inventory to Match Your Selling Scheme: #
- Define your selling scheme within OPI to ensure accurate inventory, sales, and replenishment data.
- This step is essential to avoid inconsistencies and potential errors in your data.
After setup, allow about an hour for OPI to sync your Amazon data. This initial sync enables OPI to display your data accurately on Page One.
Configure Your Amazon Marketplaces: #
- Once the sync is complete, go to Configure Marketplace to adjust your settings.
- Here, you can toggle specific marketplaces on or off based on your region. Activating a marketplace will initiate continuous syncing for real-time sales, stock, and data updates.

Select Regions and Set Distance Selling Schemes: #
- Choose which regions to activate, like Amazon US, Mexico, Canada, and soon, Brazil.
- If applicable, set up distance selling schemes:
- For single-country fulfillment, drag countries that receive inventory from a “parent” country into their respective categories. For example, if Canada is supplied solely from the USA, place Canada under the USA.
- For partial distance selling, configure this by SKU within the app.

With these steps, your Amazon marketplaces will be seamlessly integrated with OPI, allowing you to focus on growing your business with accurate, real-time inventory management.
