How to Batch Update Replenishment Numbers

The Batch Update function in One Page Inventory revolutionizes your workflow by allowing you to make updates to your replenishment numbers in bulk rather than individually adjusting each SKU. This approach not only conserves your time but also maintains uniformity throughout your inventory, minimizing the chances of stockouts or overstocking.

Start by navigating to the Replenishment Tab, then click on ‘Batch Update Replenishment.

Next, select the marketplaces where you want to update replenishment settings.

Then, Set the replenishment parameters: Desired Days Stock, Minimum Days Stock, Lead Time, Remote Market (if applicable) by clicking the checkbox and inputting your applicable scenario

  • If applicable, don’t forget to set parameters for remote markets.
  • You can also choose the Projected Sales Source, whether it’s Velocity or Forecast, to ensure your replenishment settings are aligned with your most accurate sales data.

  • Then select the SKU you would like to apply the configuration
  • To apply the settings to every SKU simultaneously, look for the orange “Select All” button in the top left corner.
  • Click “Save” to apply your changes

In just a few clicks, you’ve efficiently updated key replenishment metrics for your entire catalog—saving you time and effort!
