The Replenishment Report in One Page Inventory is a powerful tool designed to help you make data-driven decisions when it comes to restocking. By using this report, you can ensure you are maintaining optimal inventory levels, reducing storage costs, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Generating Your Replenishment Report #
STEP 1: APPLY PRODUCT FILTERS #
- Locate Filters: At the top of the Financial Report page, you’ll find various product filters.
- Customize Filters: Adjust these filters according to your needs to tailor the report to specific products or time periods.

STEP 2: ACCESS, CUSTOMIZE AND GENERATE #
Access the Report Builder Tool #
- Navigate to the Tool: On the far right of the page, find the report builder tool, once here select Replenishment Report on the left.


Select your Marketplace #

Generate and Export the Report #
- The report will be exported in a CSV format, which allows for further analysis in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Once your report settings are finalized, choose to either Download or Email the report.
Analyzing Key Features of the Replenishment Report #
Total Inventory and Inbound:
- Review the current stock levels and any inventory that is on its way.
- This section helps you assess whether your existing supply is sufficient.
FBA Sales Velocity and 30-Day Sales:
- Examine how quickly your inventory is moving and the total sales over the past 30 days.
- This data is crucial for forecasting demand and planning replenishment cycles.
Storage Type:
- Identify the type of storage each product is using.
- Understanding this helps with calculating storage fees and managing space more effectively.
Status Column:
- Review the stock status overview.
- This highlights which items require immediate attention.
Suggested Replenishment Amount:
- Based on sales velocity and remaining inventory, this section recommends how much stock to reorder.
- This helps avoid stockouts and ensures optimal inventory levels.
Days Remaining:
- Analyze how many days your current inventory will last based on current sales trends.
- This helps prioritize items that need replenishment soon.
